Freshly renovated, it offers a fully equipped American kitchen, new furniture, built-in wardrobes, a classic bathroom, a sunny, spacious living room and 2 bedrooms.
The fortress on the top of the cliff offers an undisturbed, fantastic eternal panorama of the sea, which you can enjoy from the terrace, the living room, or the bedroom.
There is not even car traffic in front of the house, the hiking trail starts from here in the nature reserve, winding its way up the mountain.
It's almost unbelievable that we are only a 10-minute walk from Benidorm's popular beach: Levante beach, where restaurants, bars, cafes, and supermarkets alternate on the several kilometers of sandy beach.
The beach is very well equipped and offers a wide range of water sports.
At the bottom of the apartment house, you will find a cozy little cafe and a little shop further down, and if you walk along the bustling beach, you will reach the cobbled streets of the old town, where heavenly tapas bars and a wealth of traditional culinary delights tempt visitors.
Of course, delicacies caught from the sea can also be prepared in the apartment. The apartment can accommodate 4-6 people comfortably, the house has parking and a heavenly pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, equipped with sunbeds and a shower.
If the residents here would like to splash around somewhere else, the Aqualandia beach complex or the Mediterranean zoo Mundomar are a few minutes away by taxi or car, where both young and old can have fun!
